According the Tromso airport website it should be Primera Air Nordic.

According to FR24 it is delayed until 08.25. Don't know if that's 08.25 dep PEK or 08.25 arr AMS though.

08:25 is ETD @ PEK. So expect an ETA at AMS of around 12:00
