EHAM 03-10-2014 MIL

Post by Bennie »

Departing either 10:00 (Target) or 11:00 (Scheduled) local time:

RRR7196 / ZA936
RRR7198 / ZA939

Both flightnumbers incorrect: they should read RFR.

Official abbreviation of RAFAIR is RRR and not RFR, so correct after all.

I always thought RFR = Rafair, RRR=Ascot

Question:
Has our beloved Gulfstream V-11 already arrived/departed??

As far as I know Rafair has ICAO code RFR and IATA code RR. Maybe that's the reason for the mixup? ICAO code RRR (IATA code RS) was always used for the Ascot flights, being transports (the acronym of the Air Support Command Overseas Transport).
