How many special aircraft for the festivities at April 30 are expected? Three known at the moment.

I think the list of Ton has most of the potential visitors. I expect Kingdoms, sultanate (Oman, Brunei, UAE, Qatar) and Japan, Monaco etc.
An overview of kingdoms below. Maybe King of Morocco will visit using a Royal Air Maroc B747?
I would not mind to see a visit of Kingdom of Cambodia Airbus A320 KOC001

On which is side is the Y and J ramp. Are these on Schiphol East or at the side of the tower

Lot of questions here. A lot east in and outbound planes. When they are using 24 or 18L on the first of May, in the morning they are to high at Kruisweg or Skypark.
Is it possible to come closer at 18L nearby Loevesteinse Randweg by foot,
and for 24 at the old road nearby the former spottingplace?
Is the Taxy way Q at Pelikaanweg a good idea when they are leaving at 36C?
Are the ramps Y and J accessible by bus/foot?

No access, closest look you can legally have is from the Vijfhuizerweg along the A5, south of spot 13 on our Airfield Guide.

Spottersplatform, dat is toch die club die zelf bedenkt dat de eerste A380 op 18R gaat landen en dan 'Schiphol' de schuld geeft als het 18C wordt, zoals op dit forum al lang te lezen was?

Deze kon ik even niet laten!

Er klopt wel heel veel meer in dat artikel niet
mischien haden ze het beter kunen vragen aan mensen die het wel wisten.

p.s ze hebben wel voor de wc's aan de spottersplaats bij de kaagbaan gezorgt natuurlijk

Heb eerder een berichtje gelezen van Ton en daar stond in dat de J/P en Y buffers gebruikt gaan worden voor het parkeren..
Reden hiervoor is denk ik dat men direct op de A4 snelweg kan komen.

zonder hier een discussie te willen aangaan
denk ik dat die platforms beter te beveiligen zijn
omdat ze toch vrij apart liggen vanaf de terminals
zodat dat daar geen extra veiligheidsmaatregelen moeten worden genomen
