Is Kuznetsov close to Netherlands? On way with destination?

According to the article it was seen in the Gulf of Biscaye (Spain). No mention of direction or destination.

As of present the Russian TG is entering the Channel area with HMS Dragon as escort.

Now sailing in the Dutch exclusive economic zone. Being shadowed by a coast guard airplane. Where are those Orions when you need them ;-)
