Bouncing e-mail

All,

At the moment we are experiencing problems with mail sent to Scramble.
For no apparent reason a small portion of all mail either bounce as undeliverable or are delivered with some delay.

Together with our provider we are already working on the problem.

So when you have sent an email to a Scramble-editor, and you did not get a reply yet, please try again. Changes are good that a second time the mail will be delivered.

We are sorry for the inconvenience this causes and hope it will be solved as soon possible.

All,

Above mentioned problems have been largely been solved, but we still experienced some problems with mail for the scramble.nl-domain.
Today some changes were scheduled to get rid of those final problems.
Unfortunately they had the opposite effect!
Since earlier today all mail being send to Scramble editors will bounce (is not accepted by our mail server). This effects all e-mail addresses ending at @scramble.nl !!
Our hosting provider has been notified of those problems, but as of now no solution has been given.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience this causes, and we kindly ask to resend any message which was bounced as soon as those problems have been solved. Please keep an eye on this thread for any updates.

All,

Earlier this morning the problem with the mail delivery was solved and e-mails started to arrive again at the Scramble-addresses. We have been monitoring the mail as closely as possible since, but no new problems have been reported so far.

Again we sincerely apologize for all inconvenience this has caused and kindly ask to resend any information you had submitted to us the last two days.
