Scramble Archive

As a past subscriber of both the paper and electronic versions of the Scramble magazine and now the new online version, I am interested to know if is the intention to have the Archive section fully populated with all copies of the Scramble magazine since day one?
To date there has been 2 years uploaded to Archive but nothing more for several months now.

Back in the days, the very first 3 years or so (1979 ~ 1982?), were scanned and put online (to celebrate 30 years in 2009??)
I guess those should still be available somewhere, and would make a nice start
