Unable to view airfield guides

Good afternoon

I am a subscriber (2017) onwards although as previously reported I am yet to receive the January magazine.

I have tried to view some Japan airfields but have no access as I need to be a subscriber? It doesn't allow me to do this anywhere. Some advice and guidance please.
