EA.111 maintains poppy erradication detachments at Choix (Sin), Chilpancingo (Gro), Coalcoman (Mich), El Caracol (Gro), Guadelupe Y Calvo (Chih), Oaxaca (Oax), San Jose del Llano (Sin) and Uruapan (Mich).
Technically, the Boeing PT-13/17 Kaydet aircraft are no longer part of the training syllabus at the Colegio del Aire, although these venerable trainers are still occasionally flown. Escuadrilla Acrobática del Colegio del Aire is part of the Esc Avanzada and flies six PC-7s.
