"Just a nice Pic..."

Having been both constituted in 1942, USAF's Air Education and Training Command (AETC) and, nowadays its subordinate unit, the 310th Fighter Squadron are having some 80th anniversary festivities during 2022.

At Luke AFB (AZ), F-16C Fighting Falcon 90-0768/LF was recently prepped and repainted as an aircraft matching that of the World War II era 310th Pursuit Squadron's “Passionate Patsy” Republic P-47 Thunderbolt.
