French Air Force Airbus A340s for sale

The Armée de l'Air (AdlA, French Air Force) is selling the two Airbus A340-211 long-range, wide-body jet airliners.

The aircraft were operated by Escadron de Transport 03.060 Esterel (ET03.060) and were based at Paris/Charles de Gaulle. Both A340s were bought from Austrian Airlines and came into service with the French Air Force in 2006. The average age of the two airliners is 25,9 years.

The aircraft, 75/F-RAJA (c/n 75) and 81/F-RAJB (c/n 81) will make their last flights on 19 December 2020 (F-RAJA) and 23 December 2020 (F-RAJB).

The sale of the aircraft will be done online only on 22 December 2020.
