Earlier this year, Korea Aerospace Industries (KAI) planned to deliver the first twelve FA-50 Fighting Eagles to Poland before the end of 2023. This first batch, all block 10 aircraft, are also known as FA-50GF (Gap Filler).

On 28 December 2023, the Siły Powietrzne RP (Polish Air Force) officially showed all twelve aircraft neatly lined up in serial order at 23. Baza Lotnictwa Taktycznego (23.BLT, Tactical Air Base) Miñsk Mazowiecki. Aviation photographer Andrzej Rogucki was there to take photos.

The order from Poland for the KAI FA-50 light attack aircraft was signed on 28 July 2022 for a total of 48 aircraft, 12 FA-50 Block 10 and 36 FA-50PL Block 20. The contract also includes training, logistics packages and a technical support service and has a total value of USD 3 billion (PLN 13 billion).

The General Command (Dowództwo Generalne) of the Polish Air Force published a short video of the line-up ceremony on their X (Twitter) page.
