EAHK H135s still operational

Recent pictures revealed that at least two of the four Airbus EC135/EC635 multi-purpose light helicopters of the Kurdistan Region Security Agency (EAHK - Encumena Asayişa Herěma Kurdistaně) are still operational.

The quartet is operated by the Counter Terrorism unit. The helicopters are now sporting the unit badge on the tail.

The pictures that surfaced showed the EC635, designated as H135M. Although the serials were removed from the published pictures taken in late 2020, we know that they are CT203 and CT204.

The EAHK also operates two EC135s (H135). The Kurdish unit is operating out of Hewlêr‎ (Iraq), which is better known as Erbil. They are housed in a hangar that is adjacent to the US Special Forces units that are stationed there.

CT202 EC135T2+ (c/n 0661), last noted apr15, former N199LM
CT203 EC635 (c/n ....), last noted Erbil jan17, without weather radar nose
CT204 EC635 (c/n ....), last noted Erbil jan17, without weather radar nose
