Delivery dates known for Philippine Air Force Aviocars

In April 2023, Scramble Magazine first wrote about an order from the Hukbong Himpapawid ng Pilipinas (PAF, Philippine Air Force) for six PT Dirgantara Indonesia (PTDI) NC212i Aviocars.

At the time the delivery dates for these new aircraft were not known, but on 20 October 2023 the Indonesian export financing was approved by the Indonesian Ministry of Finance paving the way for production and delivery.

For a total of USD79 million the six aircraft will change hands between 2025 and 2027. Most likely they will join the two NC212i Aviocars already in service with the 223rd Airlift Squadron Nomads at Mactan-Benito Ebuen Air Base at Cebu.
