The parade has been held since 2015, after a seven year absence before that, and showcases the equipment (ground and air) of all branches of the armed forces. This year, there was also a beach-side fly by at Karachi featuring Mirages, JF-17s and F-16s including a solo of the latter. The F-7P with 93-70_ ended in either a 6 or an 8.
