| Remarks | The Fly540 Friendship took off from somewhere in Kenya with a cargo of khat for Somalia. The intended destination was K-50, about fifty kilometers southwest of Mogadishu. According to press reports the weather at K-50 wasn't the best and the F27 is said to have struck a telecommunications antenna on approach. As a result it crashed, killing all three on board. |
