Hey guys,

Some really nice footage of some really special places around the world.

a few from my side, note: these pics have been scanned some 5 years ago, the technology was from ten years ago, so not the best quality (still need to spend a bit of time to this big pile of pctures). Hope you still like them.

These are the Emerlad lakes which you encounter when you walk the Tongariro crossing. Tongariro NP, New Zealand.

A waterfall encountered somewhere along the waterfall curcuit in the Atherton tablelands up in north Queensland, Australia

Crystal clear water cascades over large granite boulders in the Mossman River gorge. Daintree NP in north Queensland, Australia.

Hopefully in the near future some better quality pictures,

Cheers,

Hilco

Very, very good. Such a strong image of an 'ordinary' scene!

Roel, besides spotting, you run a travel agency? 8)

For the others: I don't know where to begin... so much beauty around.

That's a shame...
Yosemite is a beautiful park for photography, but you have to be patient to get photos without tourists in it. It's a very crowded place.

Funny, I was there also, but clearly in a different season. Great autumn colours in Japan.

Waterfalls nearly always work!

As do sunsets, like this one near Trinidad, Cuba:

Was still very beautifull to see. The valley itself was ok, but if you would hike, and had a nice viewingpoint, you barely could see the valley below. But still it was a very very nice park.

Here another 2 of our own lovely country :)

Nope, this one was taken from a mountainroad, between Arolithos and Gazi.

I'd rather depict atmosphere and the 'heat of the moment' making a catchy photo than to reflect the real situation and real colours showing a boring photo.

Hi Elmar, good shot. Been to Plitvice Jezera falls in Croatia last year, but did not got the same results. What kind of camera settings did you use to get this result? And did you use a tripod also?

Cheers,
Wijgert
