It is a bit sketchy, but I do not believe the 460 orders mentioned are exactly firm. At least not all. AA only (and I quote) "intends to order 100 of Boeing's expected new evolution of the 737NG", which does not seem to be firm to me. Not all of the aircraft are intended for Jetstar.
