Hamburg 100 Jahre Airshow

Greetings all

Just returned from a warm weekend in Hamburg celebrating the airports 100 year anniversary!

Present were a few propliners including Red Bulls ever magnificent DC-6B and the Super Constellation Flyers immaculate Super Connie.

I've done a few photo edits, feel free to have a look and drop a comment:

I was also in Hamburg on Saturday. For me this day was kind of epic ;)

I had the chance to take a look into the Cockpits of Ju-52, Super Constellation and DC-6
And as a bonus received an ice-cold Red Bull inside the DC-6 from one of the lovely Stewardesses at the Bar in the DC-6.

So here are some of my impressions.

One of the mechanics of the Super Constellation told me one engine consumes 32l oil per hour

quite an impressive achievement to make a typo with this meaning in dutch i guess :lol:
