Very interesting pics! I wonder if the colour scheme of the A109 delivered first will be changed to match the colours of the other ones?

Thanks for sharing these pictures, very interesting. Would you know what the Bulgarian registrations will be? Will they cary the large three digit serials only, or will they get civilian registrations as well?

At the Le Bourget Air Salon last year I noted a AW139 in the static-area with registration
I-RAIX. It was unknown where it was sold to but Malaysia was mentioned somewhere if I recall correctly. Apparently it went to the Bulgarian Border Police.
Nice pictures Anton!

Not necessarily, the I-RAI. series are used as temporary registrations for Agusta. There have been at least 4 AW.139 with the registration I-RAIX, and 8 with I-RAIR for example (and maybe more).

Hi Anton,

Great pictures (like your other sets) !
Do you also have a picture of the A109 514 of the side of the fuselage?

Hi Erwin,

I didn't know that those serials are used more often. So it will depend on the construction number which I-RAIX was at Le Bourget in 2009?

Indeed, check the I-RAIX pictures on Airliners.net and you´ll see there are three different AW.139 with that registration already.

Nice report! (This confirms that the AW.139 is a very popular small-order helicopter!)
