Wind from the south, turning to west as the day progresses.Jaapschaaf wrote:Any idea on which runway is to be expected for te Rio flight? There should be a light southerly breeze, so 18R should be the main landing runway in use tomorrow, but due to the long distance to taxi i think 18C is more likely. However 22 might also be an option, because that means al long approach over Amsterdam.
The last option is very unlikely, as with wind of the south west 24 will be the preferred runway for starts.RudiMD11 wrote:Wind from the south, turning to west as the day progresses.Jaapschaaf wrote:Any idea on which runway is to be expected for te Rio flight? Three options: 18R, 27 or ILS 27 break off 24 cause the parking spot is R74, right next to 24/06.
Traffic permitting, RWY27 will be assigned as per 'draaiboek'.Jaapschaaf wrote:Any idea on which runway is to be expected for te Rio flight?
