SCAT orders more MAXs

On 14 November 2023, during the second day of the Dubai Air Show 2023, Boeing announced it has sold more B737MAXs to SCAT Airlines from Kazakhstan. The airline has ordered seven B737-8s, which it will use to expand its network and open new routes to Europe.

According to Boeing, the order was already on the books but under "undisclosed". Both companies haven't communicated yet when the aircraft will be delivered.

Currently, SCAT is flying with a fleet of four B737-300s, three B737-500s, one B737-700, eight B737-800s, three B737-8s, five B737-9s, and four CRJ200s. It's subsidiary Sunday Airlines also has an all-Boeing featuring four B757-200s and a single B767-300ER.
