Compass Air Cargo expands with a Jumbojet

On 19 July 2023, Bulgarian carrier Compass Air Cargo welcomed its newest member of the fleet in the form of a Boeing B747-400F. The Jumbojet is registered LZ-CJA (26559) and arrived at Sofia from Istanbul. It was previously operated by ACT Airlines, which shares the same majority shareholder as Compass.

It's currently unclear which routes Compass Air Cargo will utilize its new B747 on. Next to the widebody, the airline is operating four B737-800SFs.
