Azul welcomes 1st A350

On 14 September, Azul welcomed its first Airbus A350. The aircraft, A350-900 F-WTAO (168) was delivered to Belo Horizonte from Tarbes-Lourdes on this date and will be registered PR-AOY. It's the first of four A350-900s, of which one more aircraft is expected for delivery this year. The A350s are leased from AerCap and were originally destined for Hainan and Hong Kong Airlines.

Today, the airline's fleet consists of 36 ATR72-600s, 44 Airbus A320neos, six A321-200NXs, seven A330-200s, five A330-900s, two Boeing B737-400SFs, 50 Embraer ERJ190s and nine E195-E2s.
