RCH1049 departing now from lajes.

Sorry guys! the RCH1049 was an AC-130, but the A-10 departed right after him, so make your time calculations! ;)

Hi Everyone,

There is NOTAMS for airspace reservation for tomorrow with lajes as destination.
Does anyone knows what it might be?
It's From 0900 to 1500. Does anyone knows?

Any serials and/or shots of these remaining two (of twelve) Spang Hogs? Please confirm: They really departed Lajes for their home base on monday?

Hi Joachim,

Sorry about the delay, but my time lately must be very Chosen, and the Computer has been forgoten. :P

I'm not sure of the serials of the two remaining Spang Hogs, But after my lunch i Will try to go the the airport and take some shots to see.

Today a E-6B was seen for a short stop, no destination was logged but most probably inbound european mainland.......

serial was 164388

The E-6B departure to St.Johns if this help and joachin, the 2 A10 currently at lajes are 654 and 983.

Thanks for verification of A-10Cs 81-0983 and 82-0654 from the 81st FS, still at Lajes enroute Spang. That's very important for documenting this latest Red Flag exercise TDY.

JJ both A-10 arrived on 12.04 with Tanker KC-135R 58-0052 452ndAMW which land in EGUN (Mildenhall). A-10´s were 983 and 654.

Yes on 12.04. Both arrived between 16:30 and 17:00.
