56th FW maintaince a F-16CM detachment in support of the F-35 Schoolhouse at Eglin AFB (FL). Detachment will remain untill at least March 2013.
The 84th TES is an Associate unit to the 53rd Wing and borrows their aircraft, as needed.

The first USAF squadron ever to operate the F-35A Lightning II is the 58th FS from Eglin AFB 33rd FW. The first F-35A painted as their commander aircraft is the 07-0744/EG and was noted as such at Forth Worth, (TX).

Noted at Davis Monthan on 11 April 2012 was this 40th FLTS A-10C 79-0177/ET. This unit was the first A-10 squadron to test the A-10C and 40th FLTS was also the first squadron that flew an A-10C on hydrocarbon synthetic jet fuel, created from animal fats and plant oils.

The 1st SOG Det.1 took over the final nine MC-130Ps in USAF inventory from the 9th SOS. The detachments responsibilty is to retire the MC-130Ps by May 2015. The 9th SOS will move to the 27th SOW at Cannon AFB (NM) and will replace the 522nd SOS overthere.
The 14th WPS is an instructor school unit and borrows 1st SOW aircraft, as needed.
19th SOS is part of the Special Operations Tranings Centre and borrows aircraft when needed.

The 81st FS responsibility is to train the Afghan AF and Lebanon AF operating their A-29 in the CAS-role.
The 76th Fighter Squadron is a United States Air Force Reserve unit. It is assigned to the 476th Fighter Group and stationed at Moody Air Force Base, Georgia.
The 476th Foghter Group is assigned to the 442d Fighter Wing, at Whiteman AFB, Missouri. The 476th Fighter Group is an Air Force Reserve associate unit linked to the 23rd Fighter Group at Moody Air Force Base. The 442nd FW oversees the 476th FG administrative and mission-support needs not provided by Moody's host, active-duty wing.

The 23rd Wing has two HC-130P squadrons under command, being the 79th RQS from Davis Monthan AFB, (AZ) and the 71st RQS from Moody AFB, (GA). The latter is the homebase of this 65-0973/FT.

The Warner Robins Air Logistics Center provides major overhaul for the aircraft types mentioned.
The 339th Flight Test Squadron is a United States Air Force unit based at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. It is part of the Warner Robins Air Logistics Center, with a mission to certify aircraft as worthy to return to service. The squadron is responsible for conducting flight tests on the Lockheed C-130 Hercules, the Lockheed C-5 Galaxy and McDonnell Douglas F-15 Eagle after program depot maintenance is completed.

The 911th Air Refueling Squadron is part of the 916th Air Refueling Wing at Seymour Johnson AFB, North Carolina. The squadron is the Air Force’s very first active duty squadron that is under the command of a reserve wing. In October of 2016, the 911th, formerly geographically separated from the 6th Air Mobility Wing at MacDill AFB, FL and operated as the active duty associate to the 916th Air Refueling Wing, became the first “I-Wing” or Integrated Wing.
The 307th Fighter Squadron (307 FS) is an F-15E Strike Eagle unit and is part of the AFRC's 414th FG. This group was activated in its current role as an associate unit in 2010, flying and maintaining the same aircraft as the regular Air Force 4th Fighter Wing.

On 9 August 2012 Ramstein AB, Germany, was visited by this 77th ARS KC-135R.
