In topic titles, please use airfield names in stead of just codes, and be clear about what kind of photos your viewers can expect (e.g. CIV/MIL, location etc.).

Finally, bring any photo criticism understandable and to the point, not cynical or offensive! Simultaneously, do not feel offended by criticism per se, but simply explain your motives, taste et cetera, or ignore if you wish so.

Just returned from a short trip to Chile for the Dakar Rally. As I will be back at work again tomorrow just a few quick edits.

Fuelstop Dakar style, CC-CSU AS.350B3, 10/Jan/10 start stage 8.

Wales lowfly style? H-48 Bell 412EP Chilean Air Force, 10/Jan/10 start stage 8.

Also had a few days on the beach in Iquique where these two helicopters passed the hotel.

H-177 AS.350B3 Chilean Army, made a few flights inand out of the local army barracks.

Hi Michael,

Thanks for these rare exotics! Nice to see the Carabineros A109 in its natural habitat, I noted its younger brother (C-23) before delivery at its birthplace in Italy.
If you have any pictures of the 4-wheeled participants of Dakar, I wouldn't mind if you posted them too.
