USAF flight QID41 (ADSB shows: KC-135T #59-1513, ICAO: AE0240) over UK is since some time squawking 7700. Currently (0715Z) burning fuel(?) over Peterborough at 2900ft.

It is already squawking emergency 7700. It left EPPW (Powidz, Poland) today morning, routing westbound (UK? USA direct?), squawking 7700 already while leaving Poland for Germany in northern route. Just spotted a blocked flight on flightradar24.com. It's blocked literally: only minimal data, no ICAO hex code, and a callsign shown is...
