I'm also looking to find something on the local rules on photographing aircraft at airports.
Would like to avoid breaking rules and facing law enforcement in such a country.

I have the opportunity to travel to Kyrgyzstan for a month, soon. No fixed plans yet, except for the flights. Does anyone know the do's and dont's for aviation related photography? Or any sites / locations where I can (hopefully) find some Russian build relics? Main goal is to enjoy nature, culture ...
