The following eight Sea King Mk.41 should still be active:

89+55, 89+56, 89+58 (special paint), 89+61, 89+63 (special paint), 89+64, 89+66 and 89+68.

The two special painted should be kept in Germany for exhibitions and museums, the other six will be delivered to the Ukraine in or after August.

The Chinook obviously came back and only did a test flight.

Chinook HC.5 ZH904 at last departed in the late afternoon of 14.05. after two weeks of unserviceability.

As the Danish Secretary of Defense Poulsen stated on 13.05. the first Danish F-16 should leave for the Ukraine in the next few weeks. He named „this Summer“ and the delivery will most likely involve the six aircrafts which are actually planned to leave until late-2024.

Most should arrive on 31st, but we have some participants who could arrive later (perhaps on Monday), or even earlier, due to the local holiday "Fronleichnam" on May 30st. TLwG 74 often make a long holiday on this weekend and not open the base on the Friday, the Swiss and Polish arrival could perhap...

First noted on 13.05. was F-16BM ET-197 in it´s new Have Glass V scheme. It is the eleventh F-16 and the fourth BM. Today more then a quarter of the fleet got this colour scheme until now.

Active LTG 62 A400M on 8.5. were: 54+03, 54+09, 54+13, 54+26, 54+37, 54+43, 54+44 and 54+45 Performing an nice and low overshoot was Tiger UHT 74+28 of KHRgt 36. Active in the morning of 29.04. were the following TLwG 51 Tornados: IDS: 43+25, 44+21 (carrying Tiger camo tanks), 45+39, 45+77 and 46+05 ECR: 46+28 and 46+52 Overshooting was Eurofighter GT 30+20 of TLwG 73. Still u/s on the ground was one of the Odiham Wing Chinook HC.5 (ZH904) visiting last week.

The two Belgian AF F-16BM, FB-22 and special painted FB-24, departed on 25.04. Support was provided by A400M CT-06 of 15.Wing. 20.Smd.

Today will be the delivery of A400M 54+42 as the 44th aircraft for LTG 62.

Although the month hasn´t yet come to an end, for the first time 26(!) different German A400M were/are active in one single month.

On their route to the North and refueling here on 24.04. were:

Chinook HC.6A ZA707 (with Union Jack) of Odiham Wing plus 3.Regiment AAC Apache AH.2 ZM703, ZM705, ZM709, ZM710, ZM712, ZM713, ZM717, ZM718 and ZM720. Latter made their first visit of an AAC AH-64E model to Germany.

A second Tornado IDS was painted in special colors for the 50th anniversary of the types first flight, this time WTD 61 aircraft 43+97.
