A lot of the information received for this database comes from official sources within the CIS. This data was supplied strictly for use in the Soviet Transports database. Some sources can, and will, take steps against anybody using information from this database, in order to protect their interests. Additionally, this database is the result of decades of work, study, friendship, travelling and donations by the ST team. Making this unique database available on line, free of charge without any limitations, is the best proof of above statement in our opinion.
