Pakistan Army Ecureuil crashed

On 26 December 2020, four Pakistani military personnel were killed when an AS350B3 operated by 5AAsq (5th Army Aviation Squadron) crashed due to technical reasons during a casualty evacuation in Gilgit-Baltistan.

The Pakistan Fauj (Pakistan Army) chopper crashed in the Minimarg area of Astore district. It was transporting the body of a soldier to the military hospital in Skardu, also the home base of this helicopter.

The pilot, co-pilot and two soldiers were killed in the accident, which occurred due to technical reasons.
