More operational Nighthawks exposed to the public

On 20 October 2020, two Lockheed F-117A Nighthawks landed at Marine Corps Air Station Miramar (CA) during one of the busier parts of the day over the Californian Interstate-15.

Ever since some fifty F-117As were retired from active duty in 2008, Nighthawk (test-)flying has been observed more often in the surroundings of Nevada's Tonopah Test Range Airport, a part of Groom Lake or Area 51 and above Nevada and California as a whole.

Though at first glance it doesn't seem like anything big or fancy, the Nighthawks made an overflight and landed straight over the busy Instertate-15 towards the runway treshold of Miramar.

Scrambles Magazine assesses that the aircraft just wanted to be seen.

What the Nighthawks at MCAS Miramar are doing is pure speculation. At this moment we just don't know.

Back in March 2019, Scramble Magazine had a massive scoop on Scramble Facebook News (SFN) with the news-item about the F-117 deployment in the Middle East that took place in 2016 in support of Operation Inherent Resolve (OIR), the combined operation to defeat ISIS/ Daesh, in and over Iraq and Syria.

Our report went literally viral all over the world. The links to the articles:
SFN 2 March 2019, four F-117As deployed to the Middle East
SFN 10 April 2019, F-117 Nighthawk scoop continues!

If somebody can supply us high resolution photos of the Nighthawks at MCAS Miramar, we would be grateful.
