On Wednesday night, 28 July 2021, an Iraqi Army Aviation Command (IAAC) Mi-171 of the Fourth Utility Squadron (4sq) crashed under unknown circumstances in the area near Tuz Khurmatu, the central city of Tooz District in Saladin Governorate (Iraq), some fifty miles south of Kirkuk.

Unfortunately all five occupants sadly perished in the crash.
