Mass Stratotanker launch at Mildenhall

During a misty morning on 29 September 2020, a dozen "D" coded Boeing KC-135R Stratotankers assigned to the 351st Air Refueling Squadron "Anytime Anyplace Anywhere", part of the 100th Air Refueling Wing conducted an Elephant Walk at RAF Mildenhall (UK).

Following the Elephant Walk, the exercise "Wolff Pack" was carried out. During the exercise, which was mostly held above the North Sea, the 351st ARS Stratotankers demonstrated elements of Agile Combat Employment (ACE).

ACE enables US Forces in Europe to operate from locations with varying levels of capacity and support (Including air refueling), ensuring Airmen are postured to deliver lethal combat power across the full spectrum of military operations.
