"Just a nice Picture...!"

Armée de l'Air (AdlA, French Air Force) North American F-100D Super Sabre 42154/11-YK from EC-4/11 Jura flying over the Djibouti desert at the end of the seventies.

While this F-100D languished most of the eighties dumped near the French Air Force enclave at Base Aérienne 188, near Djibouti-Ambouli International Airport, its ultimate fate is unknown to us. After more than 30+ years, 42154, together with 42205 and 42235, are still unaccounted for.

Scramble Magazine would gladly know what became of those ex EC-4/11 Djibouti stored F-100D airframes.
