Thanks! This is indeed very helpful. I assume we only want to list their homebase, not deployed locations? Just thinking of the former NZ MB.339s in France and many others.

I would love this list to become a global overview, will try and contribute where I can.

Thanks again!

At first my thought was to have an overview of where to go to in order to see them. It is fine with me when this evolves into a "global actual stationed" list.

Two things come to mind:
1. The ex-RoKAF Hawks at Lakenheath
2. There's an article with a lot of info about Red Airs in the new edition of Air Forces Monthly...

Hope this helps!

I posted the Top Aces list in the Nordholz 2023 topic a whole ago, it is still current, although Top Aces is using Laage and Lakenheath as base as well.

A-4N:
C-FGZO/532
C-FGZT/542
C-FGZD/367
C-FGZE/495
C-FGZH/534
C-FGZS/337
C-FGZI/531
C-FGYL/478 (arr 26-9-2023)

TA-4J:
C-FGWT/499 (note: plan is to relocate it back to Canada in May)

Alpha Jet:
C-GITO/069
C-GFTO/038
C-GITA/040
C-FHTO/104
C-GVTA/009
C-GJTA/057
C-GZTO/016

At least two Alpha Jets are at Laage right now, the 038 and the 016. The only one I can not confirm is the black one (009). Haven't seen it on Nordholz this week, could also be at Laage.

Nice list, good idea.
D-CGFQ sadly crashed at Hohn 15may23. And GFD still state Hohn as their base, although they're flying a lot from Lübeck and Paderborn lately.
Actually stationed would be my preference indeed, and yours too judging by Top Aces.

Thanks,
Erik

If stationed is the preference, please add Laage to the top aces locations as well. It is an official location, they actively look for pilots for their base at Laage. And as mentioned, two Alpha Jets are deployed there now.
