I had to go to Charleroi airport today.
The 2 Pakistani C-130 Hs are visible from the N568/rue des Fusillés from the area where it crosses the A54. As this point is higher (bridge there) I believe that making decent pictures should be possible.
4476 is the closest one to the road.
The point is where to park and stand for spotting ? And then, it may be dangerous to walk as the fast road doesn't leve pretty much space for pedestrians.
I had no time to stop and try today (add the awfull weather...), but I will try the next time.
