| During the opening of the show by the parachute team the |
| Golden Knights and the national anthem, three aircraft made |
| a flightpass, T-38 68-8177/TY, QF-16C 86-0233/QF-007 and |
| F-22A 00-4016/TY. |
| The heritage flight was made by the demo F-22 01-4026/TY |
| and the P-51 NL20TF. During the sunny day suddenly some |
| rainclouds formed and because of the upcoming heavy rain |
| the visitors were asked to move to some shelters. Even the |
| airshow was stopped for 45 minutes due to this heavy rainfall. |
| When the show resumed the USAF Thunderbirds did their |
| ground show and the aircraft started up. When they reached |
| the runway Thunderbird #1 did take off and made a weather |
| check. It came back with some bad news, due to new upcoming |
| bad weather they cancelled their airshow and taxied back |
| to the ramp. |
| Overall a really nice airshow with lots of interesting aircraft |
| on the ground and in the air. Also the airbase wasn’t crowded |
| at all, so plenty of room to watch or photograph the aircraft. |
