During the air show, as well as two days before and one day after the air show the famous WAVE spotters parking place was closed. During these days a special
spotters enclosure was open at the other side of the road at the northern side of the runway. For a few ponds everyone was welcome there.

The Waddington show organisation managed to get some not often seen aircraft this year. Like the Algerian C-130 and Australian Wedgetail Boeing 737.
The Saudi Hawks and South Korean T-50 were here for their UK show tour. The Saudi’s only flew on Sunday. The weather seemed to be the major
discussion point at most air shows this year. On Saturday there was only one rainshower in the morning, the rest of the day was good with sunny spells.
The Sunday was terrible, with constant rain during the afternoon.
