This event was to coincide with the Sapporo Air Show 2022, with a lot more visitors and participation of the Blue Impulse team. Due to COVID this was cancelled and only the 69th anniversary event was held with some public. This included a formation-flight with twelve helicopters and a bambi-bucket demo by the three 11 Hikotai UH-1Js.
