Both aircraft are General Aviaton. As far as I know, the Diamond DA40 N943PA is a local based aircraft. Please, correct me if I'm wrong.

The N943PA is indeed a local based aircraft.
Delivery on 23-5-25 and will become the PH-TWD in the near future.

PH-GWS is not really general aviation, but semi based.
