I don't have an STA but 5 hours flight time + 2 hours time difference so it would be around 1500 Dutch time

Actually, the time difference works the other way around. 8:50 LT (TBS) = 6:50 LT (AMS). Add about 5 hours flying time and you end up with a noon arrival.
Confirmation of the date would be welcome
