Unfortunate news about this year’s Scramble World Airline Fleets publication

Post by Scramble Bestuur/Board »

We have some unfortunate news about this year’s Scramble World Airline Fleets publication :-(

A few weeks ago the SWAF team had to answer a tough question; whether or not to go ahead with compiling this year’s World Airline Fleets edition. Unfortunately, the unanimous decision was to not go ahead…

The reason is the COVID-19 situation and its effects on the worldwide aviation industry. At this moment most airlines have put a vast amount of their fleets into storage, or removed them indefinitely, and it is uncertain at this time which of those aircraft will return to the air, if ever.
It is also uncertain what the fleetlists will look like this coming year, as these seem to change almost every week.

Even though the numbers of newly delivered aircraft were also at an all-time low, we do want to publish a list of all the changes that happened between March 2020 and now. You will be able to download this list free of charge from our website during the second half of March.

If all goes well we will publish a new World Airline Fleets in 2022!

misschien heb ik iets gemist, maar hoe ver zijn jullie met het samenstellen van de lijst met wijzigingen
van afgelopen jaar?
