Moosehead Lake, Maine - Seaplane Festival 8/9/19

Hi,

Our last day in Greenville and Moosehead, but we went out in style, with a flight to the head of the lake in the 1958 DHC-2 Beaver, N95149 flown by Roger Currier who is now semi retired. The flight ended in fast low pass over Greenville and the aircraft gathered for the Seaplane festival before circling around for a very smooth landing. Thankfully, the weather had made a massive improvement

I can't recommend this place enough, absolutely amazing with a great atmosphere when the festival is on - a bit out of the way but well worth it
