I've seen a picture taken during the arrival of the Lakenheath F-15's and in the background an Italian Tornado can be seen together with an (presumably) Israeli Be 200.

that is good possible as 4 IDF F-16's from Ramat David are scheduled as well for Andravida

I would strongly disadvise you to go spotting. Try to obtain a base visit or stay away. You wouldn't be the first to spend time in prison for a hobby that is not understood....
