REQ CF-104D Bjerringbro Denmark

Post by Joris Heeren »

Hi,

CF-104D RT-655 has been noted in a scrapyard in Bjerringbro. The excellent EuroDemobbed website has a slightly outdated last noted date of jan11 and the Starfighter is not visible on Google Earth.

Does someone know if the aircraft is still there?

MTIA,
Joris

I have been told it has been scrapped. But don't take that as a fact yet, as I have not been able to confirm it. Like you say, it hasn't been seen recently and it is not visible on GE, but that doesn't proof it.

We photographed RT-655 yesterday (14-06).
It is close to the actual scrapyard and can not be
seen when the gate is closed. This gate is about 15 meters before the actual scrapyard itself.

Hans and Eddy
