Thank you for the info!

What do you think, will the KC-135 land also in Orange or, more probably, in Istres to operate along with their French colleagues?

During last visit of Singapore F-16s to Dijon, the two KC-135 tankers where at Avord during their stay! But would not surprise me to see them drop into Istres this time!

Only 3 F-16Ds today (661, 662, 674). Likely the rest will follow tomorrow...

june 15th:

R217/64-GQ C-160R dep
95/103-KM Mirage 2000C between shelters
Falcon tg
508/115-OP Mirage 2000B
523/115-KJ Mirage 2000B

5534/WJ AS555
524/115-OA Mirage 2000B
661 F-16D
674 F-16D
678 F-16D

A disappointing day at Orange. Rain all morning and late in the afternoon. Two local sorties flown. That amount almost doubled when two more Mirages taxied out late in the afternoon but returned when the rain started again. The only Singaporeans logged where on the platform. Two Fennecs flew a sortie and an Ad'lA Falcon made numerous touch and go's in the morning but we could not find a serial on it. Anyone for that one and for the stored Mirage at the west side of the base along the southern fence, also visible from spot 3?

In the afternoon on the 15th all the Singapore F-16's were outside on the flightline and could be read off. Some had their engines running and lights on but turned it off. Probably due to an incoming heavy rain shower!

Thanks for those Fennec numbers. Is Mir2000 95 the one that was visible just left of the F-16s?

Around 2pm, the remaining three F-16s were also outside, so we read off 662, 669 and 679 as well.
On the Mirage, seen far left from spot 3, 361 could be read.

The Cambrai Mirage was seen in a revetment left to the radar. Performing some engine test. I don't believe this was the one under the sunshade (or better a rainshade) shelter!

darn, so we could have logged all Singaporeans. We left France with 5 out of 6 :(

thanx Erik. I cannot say for sure that 95 was the one you mean but it was in that area I guess. We logged its code in the morning.
