Forum rules
ImageThis is the forum to share your recent aviation photos with the rest of the community, being photos not older than six months at the moment of topic opening. Theme-based topics, not about recent events, should go into the sub-forum.
Although we will not screen beforehand, we reserve the right to delete any images, especially if clearly unsharp or otherwise low in quality. For more information on how to upload you images, check this post.
In topic titles, please use airfield names in stead of just codes, and be clear about what kind of photos your viewers can expect (e.g. CIV/MIL, location etc.).

Finally, bring any photo criticism understandable and to the point, not cynical or offensive! Simultaneously, do not feel offended by criticism per se, but simply explain your motives, taste et cetera, or ignore if you wish so.

Strange post.. Everyone can try and make photos the way someone wants to do it.. If someone wants to try Nusties "eye"way, let them, who are we to tell them no..??

It's kind of an honor.. Great shots Nusty
I am in no way telling anyone to do or not to do things, I just couldn't help noticing that there is a thin line between being amazed and influenced by such a great photographer and trying to become an clone depsite lacking quality in both 'eye' and equipment..

Ofcourse, keep trying everybody, no hard feelings, enjoy your hobby in your own way please!!
But personally I feel that I have seen a lot of pics that -to say it a bit blunt maybe- are too much mils on any part of any aircraft in any kind of conditions that have no added value imho. I'm sure (photographers like) Nusty make hundreds of pics and post the few that made the cut. Not any detail shot makes a great pic....

But again, please, everyone should live their hobby their own way, this thought just came across me when I surfed the photoforum today....

Grtz
I have never drunk milk, and I never will . . . .

I use the old Canon EOS 5D with the Canon EF 500mm F/4
I crop my pictures really a lot, sometimes I think of changing my nickname into cropmaster or something.
