Identified at Waddington as Casa295 020. Seems hexcode is wrong.

Only 2 Casa295's were at Waddington. 020 as PLF033 and 025 PLF034.
Polish C130'S normally use PLF25x callsign

Clearly audible and visible with the naked eye here over Epe a few minutes ago. Even while it is a well-known aircraft, it was a nice sight and sound!

As a side note, Romania is NATO member since 2004, why do they still do Open Skies flights over Western Europe? Wouldn't it make more sense to do this over Russia?

They would probably be shot down.
Russia left the Open Skies Treaty in 2021. So no flights over Russin since then.

This morning, April 9th, around 9:27 2 Tornados from Norvenich claerly visible at high altitude to the Dutch Waddeneilanden. Probably GAFB11 and 13. Around 9:55 again but now GAFB21 also a 2-ship from Norvenich. Anybody for their ID's?

If you saw Tornados, then these were not GAFB11/13, as GAFBxx are callsigns used by TaktLwG 31. TaktLwG 33 uses GAFExx when flying abroad.
