most likely candidate for qe289 would be P-3C 163289 while qe would indicate VP-40 (QE)
However 163289 was last reported with VP-26 at Kadena in August 2013. possible transfer ?

VP-10 also has Orions in El Salvador on TDY. Noted sofar are 156515/LD, 158915, 158917 and 159320
